Tom Owens started IronTek back in 1999 after a successful career as a splicing foreman, fiber splicer and sweep technician. In 2000 he decided to partner with Matt Wood who at the time, was the Engineering Manager for a national cable services firm and was responsible for the Mid-West region. He has extensive experience in proofing, sweeping and CDV certification.
